Sandra Astrauske

Sandra is the Co-founder of Thrive Together and a fully qualified Counsellor and  Psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) Degree in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the International College for Personal and Professional Development (ICPPD). She holds pre-accredited status with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and is currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy.

Sandra offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s individual needs.

Alongside her professional training in counselling and psychotherapy, Sandra also holds a qualification in Yoga, which enriches her work with a holistic perspective. By integrating breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, she helps clients cultivate greater self-awareness and balance—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Her understanding of the mind-body connection allows her to draw on these practices when they can best support the therapeutic process. She believes that each of us has our own knowledge, our own power, and resources to solve the difficulties we face.

Sandra is committed to working collaboratively with each individual to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster lasting well-being.

She is currently welcoming new clients aged 18 and over.
